Mr. Perez is a Guitarist/Composer/Performer and Artistic Director for “the 3LD Late Night Series” now showing at 3LD Art and Technology center, 80 Greenwich St. Manhattan (www.threeleggeddog.org).
This series allows many NYC artists to present their work in a playful intimate and experimental setting.” 3LD also houses Perez’s critically acclaimed show “the Mystic Renaldo The”
Additionally Aldo Perez also serves as front man, singer and guitarist for the NYC. Art-Rock band: Psycho The Clown. With 2 CD releases available. Psycho the Clown performs in Residency at the Living Room Nightclub (154 Ludlow St.) twice monthly on Saturday nights.

Mr. Perez is a long time student and protégée of Argentinean Guitarist/Composer
Jorge Morel. He has also studied significantly with Julio Prol (classical guitar) Enrique Varga (Flamenco) Tuck Andress (Jazz) Jon Meyer & G.S. Sachdev (Indian Bamboo Flute) and private composition studies with John Corigliano (Composer/Red Violin/etc). Perez composed is first String Quartet (Premiered 2006) under the guidance of Prof. Corigliano, Notably he has composed for theatre productions Quiver 2002 (Director Sophie Haviland) and Degeneracy 2005-6 (Director Kevin Cunningham).
Perez trained in acting/playwriting at The Ensemble Studio Theatre, NYC (Artistic Director Curt Dempster). He studied play and screenwriting, under William B. Hoffman at CUNY Lehman. He is an original member of the E.S.T. “Black Lab” and performed in Programs hosted by E.S.T., the Ontological Hysteric Theater, Dixon Place, Joe’s Pub, Tavern on the Green, etc. Perez appears in two films by Eva S. Aridjis (the Passenger 2003 & the Favor 2006) as well as in Spiderman 1 and 2, (Director Sam Raime).
Perez has two children who reside with him in Cold Spring NY, where he also teaches private guitar students.
